The Yamaha Vino 2 stroke is a fan-favourite!  Classic body lines mixed with a zippy 2 stroke engine makes a good starting point for this beast of a ride!  When you decide to build something super-fast, it’s always good to start off with something super-light weight and thats where the 2 stroke Vino comes in.  Most Vino’s use air cooled engines and we understood that in order to break past the 15-16HP limits of an air cooled minarelli engine you needed to liquid cool things.  Mounting a radiator and a cooling fan in a Vino creates a huge cosmetic challenge.  Because this thing is so small, there just is no place to put one and still keep the factory bodywork and classic lines … or maybe there is 🙂

Plum crazy is Dodge/Chrysler colour that was reserved for special Chargers and Challengers of the day.  We chose it as a colour for this beast just because we love it and thought maybe you might remember it.  Mixed with matte black accents, this beauty is sure to impress!

Ground up build / no detail or cost spared!

• Cases machined – casting marks smoothed, lightly trenched, cylinder opening port matched to cylinder gaskets.
• New Stage 6 RT70 Big bore liquid cooled cylinder kit – set up with a degree wheel, ported to our signature race spec (RPM range perfectly set up for this exhaust), ring gapped, squish set up for race gas.
• New Stage 6 RT matching crankshaft with C4 crank bearings and viton seals (complete top and bottom end all brand matching)
• New Yasuni C30 carbon Kevlar exhaust (makes 16k+)
• New Stage6 Overrange transmission kit – Overrange variator, over size front sheave, modified oversize rear torque driver , stiffest contra available, Stage 6 torque control MK2 clutch, Stage 6 vented clutch bell – very high engagement, grips like crazy! – All brand matched.
• New stage 6 primary final drive gears – all straight cut, all perfectly matched to this engines power.
• New custom machined large bore intake and hi-flow reed valve, new Stage 6 PWK24 mm carb.
• New Dunlop TT92 Race tires – extreme grip!  The industry standard.
• Koso multi-function guage / mainly used for tachometer.
• front and rear independantly switchable headlight/taillight shut-off.
• New twin battery system (one dedicated to power the bike, the other powers the high output rad fan) – both relocated underseat in dedicated race-box.
• lightened and re-balanced flywheel – stator still charges, suitable for periodic street use.
• New custom seat / 2-tone carbon purple and black with neon rear piping (stunning in the dark!)
• Approx 3700 original KM (less than 30km since this bike was built)
• 20+HP!  Completely dialed in and tuned!
• Comes with the matching Stage 6 Paddock stand.
