Striking Jet black gloss finish – pure badass!
The goal with this creation was to modify and customize one of our favourite mopeds – The Peugeot 103. The performance goal was twice the stock speed (25-30mph). The cosmetic goal was to alter everything, make it badass, but still keep it a pedal start moped. Mission accomplished!
Ground up build, no detail or cost spared!
- NEW Polini / Peugeot 103 hi-flow cases. All casting imperfections smoothed, mild trench work, port matched to cylinder and intake gaskets.
- NEW Polini W-Port 70cc kit. All casting imperfections smoothed. Cylinder set up with a degree wheel, ported to our mild-race signature spec., rings gapped, squish set up for premium pump gas.
- NEW Polini large bore intake with VForce 3 reed cage
- NEW Dellorto PHBG 21 racing black carb with Malossi Red Chili filter
- NEW HPI mini-rotor ignition system.
- NEW Polini launch lever / Polini black engine spring.
- NEW Polini circuit pipe
- NEW EBR Hydraulic front forks
- NEW 5-star mags with Hutchinson race tires.
- NEW Doppler ER3 variator with clutch function
- NEW Peugeot Doppler 103 clutch pulley
- NEW offset pedal arms, new pedals, new Polini belt, new main chain, new pedal chain, new rear sprocket
- All new cables (throttle, rear brake, front brake , decomp).
- NEW custom 2-tone seat with sewn in rear LED tail light / signals. Started as a treatland single seat pan, custom fabricated mount.
- Hidden frame compartment houses a NEW mini lithium battery that powers all of the modern electrics and tech (12v)
- NEW mini pod front signals – super bright (12v)
- NEW Treatland single round headlight with sporty front basket guard.
