The GP1 is the pinnacle of 50cc scooters!  Liquid cooled right from the factory, 2 stroke Piaggio cases, front and rear disc brakes, oversize radiator, full race instrumentation, and more!  These things were well known to exceed the stock speedometer right out of the box.

When you set out to make a really, really fast scooter it’s always best to start out with a really fast scooter.  Thats where the GP1 comes in.  This thing makes a great platform for what turned out to be a monster!  90mph speeds, right now brakes, fantastic grip and stunning appearance!

Ground up build / restoration, no detail or cost spared!

  • Cases machined – casting marks smoothed, lightly trenched, cylinder opening port matched to cylinder gaskets.
  • New Polini 94cc Big Evolution cylinder kit – set up with a degree wheel, ported to our signature race spec (RPM range perfectly set up for this exhaust), ring gapped, squish set up for race gas.
  • New Polini Big Evolution matching crankshaft with Polini C4 Evolution crank bearings and Polini viton seals (complete top and bottom end all matching)
  • New Yasuni C30 carbon Kevlar exhaust (makes 15k+)
  • New Malossi Overrange transmission kit – Overrange variator, over size ventilvar, modified oversize rear torque driver , stiffest contra available, Malossi delta clutch, Malossi winged bell – very high engagement, grips like crazy!
  • New Malossi primary final drive gears – all straight cut, all perfectly matched to this engines power.
  • New Stage 6 large bore intake and reed cage, new Stage 6 PWK28 mm carb.
  • New Michelin Power Pure tires (13″), fresh hawk race brake pads front and rear.  Stops very quickly, even at well past highway speeds.
  • front and rear independantly switchable headlight/taillight shut-off.
  • New lithium battery
