What you are viewing is essentially a brand new 1975 Hercules P1 Moped in the most desirable colour – Lime green. We went back in time and bought this bike brand new from the dealer. Just kidding, this bike was purchased from a collector directly. Odometer shows 2km (this was well known in the day as factory mileage and testing).
The right buyer for this bike is either another collector or someone who maybe had one of these as a teen and sees it more as a piece of artwork. Although I’m sure that you could probably mix up a load of oiled gas and start this classic up, then maybe take it for a spin around the block, that would kinda be a shame and immediately this bike would lose some of it’s magic and it’s value.
Obviously the next owner can do what they want with the bike. We at the shop get tons of joy just looking at this beauty and remembering. Hopefully the next owner will do just the same.
