Returns/Shipping/Cancellations
PLEASE contact us with any questions if you are unsure about which parts to order; we want you to get the RIGHT item the first time. Scooterdoc is not liable for customers ordering the wrong components.
Returns:
We do not accept returns on:
- electrical related items
- complete engine packages
- opened/used items
We accept returns on other items within 14 days of purchase date; however, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for unopened, unused items, as we pay fees for refunds, and we spend the time to open, inspect and restock.
Shipping:
- If your item shows delivered but you did not receive the item, please contact your local post office/handler as we have no control over the item once it leaves our facility.
- We have no control over items being stolen off porches etc. If you would like signature confirmation/insurance, please contact us at the time of order for special coverage.
- We are not liable for postal delays or issues. Please contact the carrier for any questions about deliveries.
- If your package comes back due to wrong address, rejection, or no such address, we will contact you to confirm your address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will issue a refund minus the restocking fee.
Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your order after placing it, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged, as we have the labour of pulling the items, printing the labels, and processing fees we do not get back.
