Description
These are one-off built rear frames that are roughly set up to mount a Zuma engine in your Ruckus. Designed to be stretched 12″ these incorporate a lowered seat frame and a displaced and gusseted rear shock mount. The frame also includes strengthening gussets as longer stretched conversions should have.
Unsightly welds are all smoothed and filled with flex filler fiberglass and then primed and painted (Transtar primer, Midnight black base/clear). The mount holes for the engine hangar and the mount hole for the rear shock have not been drilled as we find this is something best left to the installer when you can know exactly where everything lines up. Every build is a little different and sometimes with custom stuff you wish the mount points were a wee bit over this way or that way and that’s why we leave this final stage for you. Incorporating the lowered seat frame and rear shock mount add a degree of “custom” to your build that bolt on parts simply can’t offer. Smoothed welds and 3 coats of clear on top of Midnight black go one step further. Definitely not a bolt on kit but with some proper measuring and drilling you can have a “Next Level” Stretched Zuma Swap.
