We collect customer information when sales and services are provided.  Personal information we request may include your name, company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address.  At any time, you may ask to see the personal data you have given us and request changes.


We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service (i.e.  Google Analytics).

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic.  Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service.  This data is shared with other Google services.  Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers but will immediately be transferred to our secure payment gateway for processing.  Our payment gateway employs a variety of security and risk management technologies to facilitate secure online transactions and to protect your credit information.

Data encryption used by our secure payment gateway helps keep transaction and financial information secure. Their antifraud risk models and fraud-detection techniques help detect and predict fraud.

Information provided will be kept confidential and used only to support customer relationships with Scooterdoc.  Employees of Scooterdoc who have access to your personal information are required to keep the information confidential and not to use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing on behalf of Scooterdoc.

Legal Disclosure

Scooterdoc may be required to disclose personal information in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, regulation, and other legal action, or if Scooterdoc believes it is necessary to do so to protect customers of Scooterdoc, the public or Scooterdoc itself.

Option To Opt Out

Periodically, we may send you information we feel may be of interest to you.  Only Scooterdoc will send you these direct mailings.  If you do not wish to be included in these mailings, simply tell us when you give us your personal information or click on the Unsubscribe link of the email.

Spam Protection

At Scooterdoc, we are very concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial advertisements by way of email, known as “spam”.  We will not sell, lease, or rent any email address lists to any third parties.  While we continue to implement new technology such as expanded filtering features, there is no technology available that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited email.
